Dene Dance School

cheque

We would like to say a massive "THANK YOU" to Dene Dance School, Penkridge, who on 29th and 30th September 2012, performed their annual production "Famous Faces" at the Gatehouse Theatre in Stafford. However, this year Dene Dance School very kindly linked with A Child Of Mine, helping us raise much needed funds and awareness for our cause.

Katy Bagguley, owner of Dene Dance School donated the proceeds of the raffle from the two performances to A Child Of Mine and on Sunday 30th September presented the charity with a cheque for a massive 585.

But that was not all. Over 180 was raised in merchandise sales and generous donations from the audience and a wonderful donor matched the amount raised by Dene Dance and we received a cheque for a further 600. Amazing!

We cannot thank Katy and all at Dene Dance enough for linking with us this year, for the massive amount they help raise for us and for the opportunity to help us raise awareness of our work. It has given us a huge boost and of course taken us one step closer to reaching our goal and making a real difference - Thank You!
